Yes. Fun diving is for certified divers only. If you are not certified, choose Discover Scuba Diving or the PADI Open Water Course instead.

What certification level do I need?

A recognized Open Water certification or higher is usually required. The dive plan and maximum depth depend on your certification level, recent experience and sea conditions.

Can I join if I have not dived for a long time?

Tell Blue Water Sports when you last dived before booking. If you have been out of the water for a while, the team may recommend a refresher or a more relaxed dive plan.

Where do fun dives take place in Trincomalee?

There are 22 dive sites in Trincomalee. The location depends upon your certfication, preferences, weather, visibilty and current. Blue Water Sports will suggest the best spots for your dive.

What should I bring for fun diving?
