Booking Deposits
To confirm and secure your reservation, an advance payment may be required.
Please note that all advance payments and booking deposits are strictly non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
Customer Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your booking after confirmation, the advance payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Any remaining balance that has not yet been paid may be waived depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
Weather and Safety Conditions
The safety of our guests is our highest priority.
If an activity cannot proceed due to unsafe weather conditions, sea conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns determined by Blue Watersports, we will offer one of the following options:
Rescheduling the activity to another available date
Providing a credit toward a future booking
Issuing a refund at our discretion for amounts paid beyond the non-refundable advance payment
Failure to Arrive
Guests who fail to arrive at the agreed meeting point and scheduled time without prior notice may be considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Activity Modifications
Blue Watersports reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities when necessary for safety, operational, or environmental reasons.
Where possible, alternative arrangements will be offered.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team with your order details. We will respond within 3 business days and guide you through the return process. Returns must be authorized by our team before being shipped back to us.
